Job summary

PT. EATWELL CULINARY INDONESIA is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to support daily accounting tasks at our Jakarta head office. You will handle invoice data entry, verify documents, and assist with payment preparations.

The role requires a bachelor degree in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. Fresh graduates are welcome; three positions available, working Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Familiar with SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or NetSuite.
• At least 1 year in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
• Good time-management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Position open for 3 applicants.

Responsibilities

• Filling and organizing financial & accounting documents.
• Inputting and recording invoices into the accounting system.
• Checking invoice completeness and supporting documents.
• Assissting with invoice verification and date matching.
• Assisstsing in preparing and organizing payment documents.
• Supporting the AP team in daily administrative and accounting tasks.
