Job summary

PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia is seeking an entry-level accounting professional to manage daily transactions and maintain accurate records. You will perform monthly reconciliations, process internal and supplier claims, and assist with year-end closing and audits.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a degree in Accounting/Finance and basic English are required. This one-year contract offers exposure to a dynamic finance environment in Jakarta Timur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and basic tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in processing financial documents.
• Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Able to work under deadlines and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant accounting experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations, including advance payments.
• Process internal claims, including BDI and business travel expenses.
• Prepare supporting documents and evidence for internal and external audits.
• Process supplier and dealer claims, including supplier invoice verification.
• Support year-end closing and FY2026 financial audit activities.
