MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is seeking an experienced risk professional to lead enterprise-wide risk identification, maintain the risk register, and ensure risks are clearly defined and aligned across functions.

The role emphasizes assessment, control effectiveness, and data analytics, with KRIs, regular reporting to BoD/BoC, and embedding risk governance into SOPs. Requires a Bachelor degree and 5+ years in risk management; FRM/CRM beneficial.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in accounting, business management, engineering, or IT.
Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or related roles.
Experience in consultant/retail/manufacturing/FMCG industries.
Certifications in Risk Management (FRM, CRM, or equivalent) beneficial.
Experience with ISO 31000 / COSO ERM, data analytics, and business process.

Responsibilities

Identify enterprise-wide risks through interviews, workshops, and data analytics.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register.
Assess risks by likelihood and impact and align with risk appetite.
Prioritize risks and develop mitigation plans with stakeholders.
Prepare periodic risk reports for BoD, BoC, and Audit Committee.
Develop KRIs and early warning indicators; support governance and disclosure.
