Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking an experienced Risk Management professional in Jakarta to assess and mitigate risks across processes, controls, and governance. You will prepare comprehensive risk reports for Management and support audits while enhancing cross-functional risk initiatives.

The role requires 2–3 years in risk management, strong ERM knowledge, and proficiency with Excel; professional certifications are a plus. This is an on-site position based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Risk Management in Palm Oil Industry, Manufacturing Company, or any related industry.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), internal control, and governance principles.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and preparing risk reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with audit methodologies and compliance standards.
• Professional certification such as CAFO, CRMP, QIA, CIA, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to minimize risk exposure.
• Prepare risk reports and present findings to Management.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management initiatives.
