Job summary

Kredivo, part of FinAccel, is seeking an experienced IT Application Lead to own the enterprise applications portfolio and shape the strategy for their management and utilization. This role covers the full lifecycle of our enterprise SaaS apps and the value realization from the investment.

You will lead the IT Application team, drive roadmap planning, policy development, and ongoing optimization of directory services, Google Workspace, collaboration tools, in-house apps, and security tooling,

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in science or engineering.
6+ years in lifecycle of enterprise SaaS apps.
2+ years leading a team of engineers.
Knowledge of SSO, email, integration, and security tech.
Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.

Responsibilities

Lead the IT Application team and own Enterprise Applications.
Develop and execute the management strategy and roadmaps.
Oversee daily operations of enterprise apps including directory, workspace, collaboration tools, and security.
Drive improvements, policy rollout, and decommissioning.
Monitor application functionality and feed improvements into roadmaps.
Coordinate with Network, Identity, and Ops teams.
