• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• 8–12 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading medium to large teams.
• Experience with test automation frameworks for Web, mobile, or API testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality charter for a tribe and lead QA & SEIT engineers.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and automation frameworks.
• Establish quality criteria to assess readiness for production deployment.
• Provide regular reports to leadership and drive data-driven quality metrics.
• Lead root-cause analysis and collaborate with developers and product managers.
