Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Technical Subject Matter Expert to drive complex software implementations and integrations across client environments.

You will bridge client requirements with technical execution, lead a workstream as a hands-on contributor and mentor, and balance scope with delivery excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating with PMs and DMs, managing scope, risks, and quality, and guiding technical teams through design, testing and deployment, while leveraging Kubernetes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Strong knowledge of DER management and energy IT domains is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and microservices stacks, and modern monitoring tools

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PM and DM for scope, schedule, risk, and quality management
• Lead delivery of technical scope items to meet schedule, cost and quality commitments
• Build and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to guide the project
• Manage project team and activities to drive deliverables
• Communicate project status, risks and mitigations to stakeholders
• Lead technical requirements workshops and review design and test plans
• Perform use case testing, FAT, SAT, and UAT as needed
• Provide hands-on deployment experience and mentoring to the team
