Job summary

Sparks English, part of SEVEN Retail Group, in Jakarta, invites applicants for an English Teacher role. You will teach English to children aged 3-18 in offline classes, create engaging lesson plans, and monitor progress with guidance for parents.

You will also coordinate with the sales team to attract new students through trial classes and placement tests, and collaborate with the marketing team for events and photoshoots used in advertisements and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English lessons in offline classes to children ages 3-18
• Prepare the lesson plans and materials that support their teaching
• Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents
• Maintain student and class records
• Coordinate with the sales team in acquiring new students, such as hosting trial classes and conducting placement tests
• Coordinate with the marketing team for marketing and off-site events, including participating in photoshoots and video shoots for documentation that will be published in our advertisements and on our social media platforms
• Acting as a mentor and assist our English Teacher to develop their skills
