Job summary

Sparks English, part of SEVEN Retail Group, is seeking an English Teacher for our new Cirebon center. You will teach offline classes to children aged 3–18, craft lesson plans, assess progress, and maintain records.

You’ll also collaborate with sales to attract new students and work with marketing for events and media content. We welcome candidates with a Bachelor's degree (Education majors are a plus) and fluent English (B2–C1).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent English (B2–C1) required.
• Willing to work 5 days with 2 days off on weekday.
• Open to part-time or full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Teach English lessons in offline classes to children ages 3-18.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials to support teaching.
• Evaluate student progress and provide guidance to students and parents.
• Maintain student and class records.
• Coordinate with sales team to acquire new students (trial classes, placement tests).
• Coordinate with marketing for events and content for advertisements and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English lessons in offline classes to children ages 3-18yo
• Prepare the lesson plans and materials that support their teaching
• Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents
• Maintain student and class records
• Coordinate with the sales team in acquiring new students, such as hosting trial classes and conducting placement tests
• Coordinate with the marketing team for marketing and off-site events, including participating in photoshoots and video shoots for documentation that will be published in our advertisements and on our social media platforms
