Job summary

Sparks English, a part of SEVEN Retail Group, is growing and seeking an English Teacher to join our offline classrooms in Jakarta. You will guide young learners through engaging activities, build a love of language, and support students’ academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities include delivering lessons to children aged 3-18, preparing lesson plans, tracking progress, maintaining records, and collaborating with sales and marketing for trials, placements, and events to showcase our

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from any major (Majoring in Education major will be a plus)
• Fluent English speakers (B2 to C1 level)
• Passionate in teaching and working with students
• Flexible for placement
• Open to full-time position

• Teach English lessons in offline classes to children ages 3-18
• Prepare the lesson plans and materials that support their teaching
• Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents
• Maintain student and class records
• Coordinate with the sales team in acquiring new students, such as hosting trial classes and conducting placement tests
• Coordinate with the marketing team for marketing and off-site events, including participating in photoshoots and video shoots for documentation that will be published in our advertisements and on our social media platforms
• Acting as a mentor and assist our English Teacher to develop their skills
