Job summary

Sparks English, part of SEVEN Retail Group, is expanding and seeking an English Teacher to join our centers in Bogor and Depok. You will teach English to children aged 3-18 in offline classes, prepare engaging lesson plans, and monitor progress.

Positions open for both part-time and full-time staff, with placement flexibility across Bogor and Depok centers. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, are fluent in English (B2–C1), and are passionate about educating young learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from any major (Education major is a plus).
• Fluent English speakers (B2–C1).
• Passionate about teaching and working with students.
• Flexible for placement (Bogor/Depok areas).
• Open to part-time or full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Teach English to children in offline classes.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials.
• Evaluate progress and communicate with parents.
• Maintain student and class records.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaigns and events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from any major (Majoring in Education will be a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English lessons in offline classes to children ages 3-18yo
• Prepare the lesson plans and materials that support their teaching
• Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents
• Maintain student and class records
• Coordinate with the sales team in acquiring new students, such as hosting trial classes and conducting placement tests
• Coordinate with the marketing team for marketing and off-site events, including participating in photoshoots and video shoots for documentation that will be published in our advertisements and on our social media platforms
