Job summary

Sparks English in Jakarta is seeking an English Teacher to join our growing team at one of our upcoming centers. You will teach English to children aged 3-18 in offline classes and help them progress academically and personally.

We invite applicants with a Bachelor's degree, fluent English (B2-C1), and a passion for teaching. Positions are open to part-time or full-time and placement flexibility is required for this growing network.

Responsibilities

• Teach English lessons in offline classes to children ages 3-18.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials that support teaching.
• Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing guidance for students and parents.
• Maintain student and class records.
• Coordinate with the sales team to acquire new students, such as hosting trial classes and placement tests.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for events and media shoots for advertisements and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English lessons in offline classes to children ages 3-18yo
• Prepare the lesson plans and materials that support their teaching
• Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents
• Maintain student and class records
• Coordinate with the sales team in acquiring new students, such as hosting trial classes and conducting placement tests
• Coordinate with the marketing team for marketing and off-site events, including participating in photoshoots and video shoots for documentation that will be published in our advertisements and on our social media platforms
