Concentrix in Yogyakarta is seeking a Content Moderator to review user-generated content across platforms, enforce guidelines, and maintain accuracy in moderation decisions.

You will work on a 24/7 rotating schedule from our office, collaborate with teammates, and document cases while staying aware of current events in our markets.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Prior work experience as Content Moderator or Annotator.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong awareness of current affairs relevant to the markets served.
• Good teamwork, mature, and analytical thinking.

• Review, monitor, and evaluate user-generated content across platforms.

• Report issues or trends related to content violations and assist in resolution.

• Review, monitor, and evaluate user-generated content across various platforms, including text, images, and videos.
• Enforce community guidelines and policies regarding acceptable content, identifying and removing content that violates these standards (e.g., harmful, offensive, or illegal content).
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency while moderating content, ensuring quick and efficient responses.
• Report any issues or trends related to content violations and assist in resolving complex cases.
• Keep accurate records of moderation actions and maintain documentation on handled cases.

Qualifications:

• Good proficiency in English is a must, minimum B2 level.
• Prior work experience as Content Moderator or Annotator.
• Willing to work from office in our office in Yogyakarta.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree holder
• Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries.
• High on teamwork and engagement, mature & has the analytical thinking.
• Wiling to work in rotational 24/7 shifting schedule.
