Job summary

SEVEN Retail Group is seeking an inaugural Branch Manager for Seven Retail Education's English Course Center. You will lead student advisors, manage sales processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, logistics, and operations to foster growth and high teaching standards.

You will work with regional leadership to develop annual budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure data integrity in the system while supporting recruitment and staff training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading student advisors or sales teams.
• Ability to develop and monitor budgets and expenses.
• Strong track record in retail or education marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and after-sales functions and guide student advisors to meet targets.
• Ensure transparent execution of accounting responsibilities and budgeting guidance.
• Coordinate logistics to streamline operations across departments.
• Verify IT and data accuracy in the system and maintain data integrity.
• Assist Head of Sales and Marketing with offline promotion strategies.
• Collaborate with Teachers Manager to improve teaching quality and adherence to guidelines.
• Support recruitment and staff training, and conduct performance assessments.
