Potato Head Family is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to coordinate planned and reactive upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our properties. You will guide the engineering team and contractors to uphold safety standards while maintaining building performance.
The role requires formal technical training in Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP fields and at least two years of relevant experience.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
Guide the engineering team and contractors in maintaining equipment, facilities, and building systems to the required standards
Carry out regular inspections and audits to identify technical issues, safety risks, and maintenance priorities
Support system upgrades, renovations, and engineering projects while keeping quality, timelines, and budgets on track
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Formal technical training in Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, or a related engineering field
At least 2 years of experience in a similar engineering or maintenance capacity
Strong understanding of MEP systems, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety compliance
Comfortable using EMS or similar maintenance systems; additional technical software knowledge is an advantage
