Job summary

ASRI (a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group) seeks an engineering professional with at least a D3 or Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English, strong analytical and leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of building management, electrical basics, and HVAC are required.

The role is based in District 8 – South Jakarta, Jabodetabek area, with placement in Jakarta’s dynamic property sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (D3 allowed).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead a team effectively.
• Responsible, disciplined, and reliable.
• Preferably domiciled in the Jabodetabek area.
• Preferably with experience in Building Management or Property.
• Good understanding of distribution panels.
• Basic knowledge of Electricity.
• Familiar with Power Calculations.
• Familiar with HVAC systems and Room Temperature Calculations.
• Familiar with Civil Engineering concepts.
• Familiar with identifying and handling bugs (technical issues).
• Willing to be placed at District 8 – South Jakarta.
