Job summary

Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is seeking an Engineering Assistant Manager to assist the Director of Engineering in ensuring efficient, economical operation of the Engineering Department in support of all hotel departments. You will maintain equipment, building and grounds to optimum condition and uphold brand standards.

Ideal candidates have a degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Management, with at least 2 years as a team leader or supervisor.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management.
• Knowledge in preventive maintenance program and special projects will be valuable.
• Technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment or hydraulics will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Team leader/Supervisor, or Assistant Engineering Manager.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
