PT SHARP Electronics Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Costing/Cost Accountant to join our manufacturing finance team. You will calculate and maintain product and manufacturing costs, monitor variances, and support cost reduction initiatives.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ERP-related tasks will be essential. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields and have experience in costing, standard costing, and variance analysis.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Work or internship experience in Costing, Cost Control, Cost Accounting or related position, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of product costing, standard costing and variance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate and maintain product and manufacturing costs.
• Monitor and analyze actual costs, standard costs and budgets.
• Conduct cost variance analysis and identify cost drivers.
• Support cost reduction and cost improvement initiatives.
• Review BOM, material consumption and costing data.
• Prepare costing for new products/models.
• Prepare monthly cost and management reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments on cost-related matters.
• Maintain accurate costing data and support ERP-related activities.
• Support audit activities and process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Have work or internship experience in Costing, Cost Control, Cost Accounting, or related position, preferably in manufacturing.

Good understanding of product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis.

Familiar with BOM, material consumption, production processes, labor cost, and manufacturing overhead.

Experience with ERP/SAP is an advantage.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
