Job summary

PT Galva Galindra Multi Cipta is looking for a Low Current Engineer to join our Palembang team. You will handle maintenance, service, and support for electronic equipment while delivering excellent client satisfaction.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Low Current) and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Motorcycle ownership and a SIM C license are mandatory. Training on our products and a clear career path are provided.

• Must own a motorcycle and have an active SIM C license.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving units from customers for service and return repaired units.
• Provide technical advice to clients regarding installed systems.
• Perform precise repairs and ensure turnaround times are met.
• Test all repaired items before returning to customers.
• Master the technical specs of all company products.
• Conduct client training on equipment usage.

Comfortable performing maintenance and service on IT/Electronic equipment.

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Engineer servicing electronic devices (reparation experiences for Audio-Video equipment is a plus).

Must own a motorcycle and have an active SIM C license.

What You'll Be Doing

Handle receiving units from customers for service and returning the repaired units.

Offer effective solutions and technical advice to clients regarding their installed systems.

Execute repairs with precision and neatness (as good as new!) and meet the promised turnaround time.

Conduct thorough product testing on all repaired items before they go back to the customer.

Master the technical specs of all company products.

Conduct training sessions for clients on the correct use of their equipment.
