Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is seeking an Engineer III to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hotel facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient environment for guests and staff. You will support daily operations through preventive maintenance and timely corrective actions.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent technical education, 2–4 years of building maintenance or hotel engineering experience, and strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent technical education.
• 2–4 years of experience in building maintenance or hotel engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and fire & Life Safety systems.
• Ability to operate computer systems for maintenance reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and service mindset.
• Technical certifications or trade licenses are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Handle emergencies and safety incidents.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and work orders.
• Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
