PT Westindo Esa Perkasa is seeking an Engineer Electrical / HVAC (Mandarin Speaker) to design and develop electrical and electronic systems and to support project teams in Jakarta. The role requires solid CAD skills, knowledge of electrical codes, and proficiency in Mandarin for collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome, and the candidate should be adept at technical terminology in Mandarin and Indonesian.

Qualifikationen

• Requires SMK/Bachelor's degree in Electrical or HVAC engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in electrical or electronic design and development.
• Strong proficiency with engineering design software and CAD tools.
• Solid understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Understanding technical engineering terms in Mandarin and Indonesian.

Engineer Electrical /HVAC (Mandarin Speaker)

• Design and develop electrical and electronic systems, components, and solutions in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
• Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies for new engineering projects and initiatives
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation using CAD software and other engineering tools
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical and electronic systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, technicians, and other engineers to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records of design modifications, testing results, and technical specifications
• Identify and propose improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout all project phases
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and site personnel as required
