Job summary

PT. Impian Property Management in Badung, Bali is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for our Uluwatu and Canggu area developments.

This full-time role focuses on maintaining reliability and safety of building services. You will handle routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning evaporators, blowers, condensate pans and air filters, plus water heater and pump maintenance, with emphasis on quality and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar MEP engineering role, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Excellent technical knowledge of MEP systems.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Evaporator cleaning.
• Blower cleaning.
• Condensate pan and drain cleaning.
• Cover and air filter cleaning.
• Physical cooling check.
• Water heater tank cleaning.
• Removing scale buildup on heating element.
• Replacing the anode in the water heater.
• Checking amperage or load.
• Checking for noise in pumps.
• Checking automatic function of pumps.
• Check for mechanical seal leaks.
• Check amperage or load on pumps.
• Ensure components are protected from dust, water and moisture.
• Ensure no components are damaged.
• Ensure secure connections at component terminals.
• No current leaks in panels.
• Check power sockets.

What we're looking for
