ParagonCorp in Jakarta is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to lead Energy & Decarbonization programs across the supply chain, executing new and complex projects beyond CREM/factory/logistics scopes. You will drive governance, evaluate energy and decarbonization performance, unlock bottlenecks with PIC-related teams, conduct GHG accounting and energy reviews, and create standard energy management documents.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of industrial utilities and energy systems.
• Experience in project management and feasibility studies.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical and structured thinking.
• Self-driven and proactive.
• Ability to drive initiatives and influence stakeholders through clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable as Subject Matter Expert in Energy & Decarbonization program execution across supply chain.
• Perform in executing new/ complex energy & decarbonization projects which are outside the scope of CREM/ factory/ logistic's.
• Drive governance in energy and decarbonization performance accross supply chain.
• Regular energy and decarbonization performance evaluation and unlocking bottlenecks together with PIC-related teams.
• Conduct GHG Accounting and Energy performance review regularly (corporate view).
• Create standard documents related to energy management & decarbonization.
