Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert in Energy & Decarbonization to lead and execute strategic projects across our supply chain. You will act as the go-to expert for advanced energy initiatives beyond normal CREM or facility scope.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex energy data into actionable governance and standardized documents. Join us to drive significant decarbonization across our operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in Energy & Decarbonization across supply chain.
• Execute new/complex energy projects beyond CREM/factory scope.
• Drive governance of energy and decarbonization performance.
• Regularly evaluate performance and remove bottlenecks with PIC teams.
• Conduct GHG accounting and energy performance reviews.
• Create standard energy management and decarbonization documents.

Job description

• Accountable as Subject Matter Expert in Energy & Decarbonization program execution across supply chain.


• Perform in executing new/ complex energy & decarbonization projects which are outside the scope of CREM/ factory/ logistic's.


• Drive governance in energy and decarbonization performance accross supply chain.


• Regular energy and decarbonization performance evaluation and unlocking bottlenecks together with PIC-related teams.


• Conduct GHG Accounting and Energy performance review regularly (corporate view).


• Create standard documents related to energy management & decarbonization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.


• Strong technical knowledge of industrial utilities and energy systems, including boilers, chillers, compressed air systems, refrigeration, electrical distribution, solar PV, dust collectors, and AHUs.


• Experience in project management and feasibility study/business case analysis.


• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.


• Strong analytical and structured thinking.


• Self-driven and proactive.


• Ability to drive initiatives and influence stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
