Job summary

Samara Lombok is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to take ownership of repeatable recruitment execution and administration. The role aims to lessen the Group TA Lead's workload while ensuring accurate data and timely vacancy progress.

Initially, you will support junior vacancies and gradually handle day-to-day sourcing through preboarding, escalating complex decisions to the Group TA Lead as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment.
• Hands-on sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Experience using an ATS, job boards, recruitment databases, and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Post vacancies, monitor applications, and provide weekly recruitment updates.
• Source candidates, review CVs, conduct initial screening, and prepare shortlists.
