Job summary

Solenis in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Analyst to lead end-to-end planning, balancing demand with supply while optimizing inventory and service levels. You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Regional Planning to translate forecasts into executable plans.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in supply chain planning, strong SAP and Excel skills, and proven ability to drive improvements in inventory and replenishment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills required to interpret demand, inventory and supply data.
• Advanced SAP knowledge with planning and purchasing process experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools for analyses and dashboards.
• Good verbal and written English communication with regional/international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review demand forecasts and communicate forecast changes to Regional Planner.
• Execute daily replenishment activities within the warehouse and supply network.
• Convert demand requirements into replenishment plans and purchase orders.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels and supply chain KPIs.
• Monitor product availability and communicate shortages or risks to stakeholders.
• Initiate preventive and corrective actions to manage inventory per priorities.
• Drive stock optimization including safety stock and obsolete inventory reduction.
• Coordinate with suppliers, plants, logistics, and regional teams for timely availability.
• Prepare planning reports and supply performance updates for management.
• Participate in regional/global planning discussions to align plans with business needs.
