• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 3-6 years’ experience in order management or sales operations.
• Experience with SAP order processing and documentation.
• Strong coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order fulfilment from sales handover to final delivery.
• Maintain order docs in shared drives and SAP.
• Ensure compliance with contractual scope and payment terms.
• Coordinate with Finance on payments and guarantees.
• Support goods movement and warehouse coordination.
• Issue purchase orders and manage SAP PR/PO.
• Verify invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare LC documentation with Finance.
• Provide admin support for ad-hoc tasks.
• Ensure timely shipment instructions with factories.
