Job summary

Investland Bali Properties is seeking a performance-driven marketer to own our Meta ads end-to-end from strategy to execution. You will optimize campaigns, audiences, budgets, and bidding while coordinating with an in-house designer and video team to test 5–8 new concepts monthly.

The role requires strong English, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate metrics into action. Indonesian nationals or foreign nationals with valid work permits are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Working English, written and spoken.
• Structured, numerate, honest about what did not work.
• Indonesian national or foreign national with valid work permit.
• Experience with special ad categories (housing, property development) is a plus.
• Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads is a plus.
• Basic Canva or Figma to mock up creative briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Meta ad account end to end: campaign structure, audiences, budgets, bidding, lead forms, placements.
• Run the daily loop: read numbers, decide what to scale, pause or rebuild, and act the same day.
• Brief and test creative with in-house designer and video team: static, reels, talking-head, UGC (5–8 concepts per month).
• Keep cost per qualified lead falling.
