Qualifications

• Well-organized and proactive in following up, managing multiple recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify purchase orders and delivery orders; coordinate with suppliers on discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and manage marketplace listings, catalogs, and price updates.
• Support product development and launches; coordinate briefs, descriptions, photos, and hangtags.
• Manage monthly returns, prepare weekly materials, and track action items.
• Communicate daily with internal and supplier teams to resolve issues and ensure accuracy.
