Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably in Insurance, Business Administration, Management, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in handling insurance claims.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end insurance claims handling from notification to final settlement.
• Review and verify claim documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, policyholders, adjusters, and stakeholders.
• Monitor ongoing claims and follow up to avoid delays.
• Communicate updates and required documents to stakeholders.
• Identify discrepancies in submissions and resolve them.
• Maintain organized claims records and correspondence.
• Prepare regular claims reports with status updates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and service quality.
