Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking an experienced claims professional to liaise with the insurance team, gather policy information, and manage confidential client data. The role involves investigating claims, ensuring timely settlements, and driving process improvements within a dynamic fintech environment.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor degree with at least five years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to operate under pressure

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge in Insurance principal and medical.
• Able to work under pressure, good leadership, good communication.
• Good leadership and decision making skill.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with insurance team to gather policy placement information and other policy documents.
• Handling and filing confidential information belonging to clients.
• Liaising with team to investigate claims and determine cause and extent of damages.
• Following up cases rigorously to ensure the claims are agreed and settled on time.
• Conducting file reviews, file audits and quality checks for the team to ensure quality and to maintain no deviations from the set procedures.
• Periodically involved in taking up various BAU related adhoc projects for improving and streamlining the existing claims process
