Job summary

EasySpeed Supply Chain Co.,Ltd. is seeking a senior accountant to support our finance team in Jakarta. You will record and classify daily financial transactions, manage AP/AR, and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

The role also covers expense reporting, tax compliance support, and maintaining orderly accounting records. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Cargowise are desirable, with over 5 years of general accounting experience in logistics or freight

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of general accounting experience.
• Experience in global freight forwarder or international logistics is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; knowledge of Cargowise is a plus.
• Fluent in local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Record and classify daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process expense reports and analyze costs for savings.
• Support tax compliance and stay updated on regulations.
• Maintain organized accounting files and records.
• Provide administrative and HR support related to payroll and onboarding.
• Ensure policy and procedure compliance.
