Job summary

BINUS University is seeking a motivated Community Development professional with at least 2 years of experience to support village development and CSR activities under BINUS leadership.

The role involves tracking development projects, collecting information on funding opportunities to boost fundraising, organizing communications with external parties, and implementing academic community projects in line with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) required.
• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Experience in community development or CSR is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of the village community development under BINUS University leadership.
• Collect and provide information regarding the funding opportunities to increase the fund-raising activity.
• Keep track of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) implementation activity.
• Organize and distribute information of Community Development Projects to external parties.
• Conduct Academic Community Development project implementation.
• Identify networking opportunity to maintain and enhance relations in Community Empowerment area activities.
• Maintain and update information related to Empowering area.
• Maintain record and documentation related to Community Empowerment activities.
• Maintain project monitoring and evaluation system.
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
