Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. in Karawang plant seeks an experienced HR and General Affairs leader to manage end-to-end people processes and facilities for a site with about 400 employees. You will ensure smooth hiring, onboarding, capability development, engagement, and offboarding, while overseeing GA services and compliance.

You will also supervise budget and payments, vendor/contract management, and asset/workplace services related to the plant area, driving efficiency and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations.
• Experience in 3rd party management.
• Strong understanding of labor law, company regulations, and employee relations practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with employees, union representatives, and management.
• Able to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and HR administration processes.
• Willing to be based in Karawang Plant.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR and General Affairs operations for the Karawang Plant.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, capability development, engagement, and offboarding.
• Supervise GA services, facilities (canteen, parking, offices) and compliance.
• Oversee budget and payment processes, and vendor/contract management.
• Ensure asset management and workplace services across the plant area.
• Lead implementation of engagement activities to improve employee satisfaction.
• Support regulatory compliance (PBB, IMB, third-party worker registration).
• Coordinate with drivers, cleaners, security, and other GA taskforce staff.
