Job summary

Kraft Heinz Sri Karawang Plant is seeking an experienced HR and General Affairs professional to manage end-to-end HR and GA operations. The role includes hiring, onboarding, capability development, engagement, and offboarding, while overseeing facilities, budgets, and compliance.

You will supervise GA staff, manage third-party labor, and ensure timely payments, asset management, and vendor contracts across a 19-acre site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resources.
• 2–4 years of experience in Employee Relations or Industrial Relations.
• Experience in 3rd party management.
• Strong understanding of labor law and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR and GA operations for Karawang Plant.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, capability development, engagement, and offboarding.
• Supervise budget management and payments for meals, utilities, and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory permits and worker registrations.
• Lead asset and workplace services, vendor relationships, and procurement procedures.
