Job summary

Nestlé Karawang Factory seeks an Employee Relations & General Services Manager to ensure HR compliance and maintain harmonious industrial relations. You will lead employee relations programs, engage with unions, and manage general services including security and facilities on site.

You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintain CLA validity, and drive safe, compliant operations across the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law or Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations and industrial relations.
• Employee Relations certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR compliance through regular assessments and audits.
• Develop and execute employee and industrial relations programs.
• Manage bipartite meetings with labor unions and CLA updates.
• Oversee third-party services and facilities management on site.
• Engage stakeholders and lead shopfloor coaching as part of leadership.
