Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Karawang, Indonesia is seeking a Project Engineer Specialist to manage and monitor engineering projects from scheduling to execution. You will interact with clients, coordinate with the project team, and ensure quality and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.

Flexibility to work across shifts and overtime is required. You will mentor the project team, implement efficient methods, and contribute to project profitability while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor engineering projects.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance.
• Interact with clients to interpret needs and represent them in the field.
• Collaborate with project manager and senior engineers to improve methods and profitability.
• Mentor project team and assign responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
• Cooperate and communicate with the project manager and other project participants.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
• Create frameworks to measure project metrics and data collection.
• Establish field test methods and monitoring quality of tests.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP guidelines and QRMP procedures are followed.
• Lead ISO 22000 implementation in the plant area.
• Adjust schedules to accommodate shifts and overtime as required.
