Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to manage stakeholder communications, address employee concerns, and resolve conflicts across management, unions, and external parties.

The role focuses on maintaining compliant grievance procedures, reducing disputes, and fostering positive workplace culture. You will monitor investigations, document outcomes, and support management–employee negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Psychology or Management.
• Strong English communication skills.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and mediation skills.

Responsabilités

• Communicate complex information to stakeholders (internal management, Union, and external parties)
• Listen to employee concerns and complaints, and facilitate meetings to resolve conflicts
• Resolve internal disputes, disciplinary actions, and conflicts
• Create programs to improve employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture
• Audit and review grievance procedures and employee relations strategy to ensure adherence to labor laws
• Keep accurate records of employee relations cases, investigations, and outcomes
• Support negotiations between management and employee representatives
