Job summary

PT. KMS Corp. Office Bali is seeking a proactive Employee Relations professional to join our team.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and management, resolve workplace conflicts, and act as a trusted advisor on policy interpretation and grievance resolution. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 2 years in employee relations, and thorough knowledge of labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in employee relations or HR, focused on resolving issues.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain employee engagement programs.
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct investigations into complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees and management.
• Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and management to train on employee relations topics.
• Stay informed on changes in labor laws to ensure compliance.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations activities.
