Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to manage communications with internal stakeholders, labor unions, and external parties. You will listen to concerns, facilitate resolution meetings, and handle disciplinary matters while developing engagement programs to improve morale and culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in psychology or management, strong English communication, and at least 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in psychology or management with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English with written and verbal proficiency.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and mediation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Communicate complex information to stakeholders (internal management, Union, and external parties).
• Listen to employee concerns and complaints, and facilitate meetings to resolve conflicts.
• Resolve internal disputes, disciplinary actions, and conflicts.
• Create programs to improve employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture.
• Audit and review grievance procedures and employee relations strategy to ensure adherence to labor laws.
• Keep accurate records of employee relations cases, investigations, and outcomes.
• Support negotiations between management and employee representatives.
