Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/CS/CE/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of IT, ERP, or digital transformation project experience.
• Experience delivering business transformation initiatives and pilots.
• Mining/energy/natural resources/industrial exposure preferred.
• Experience in top-tier Technology/Management Consulting is a plus.
• Certifications such as COBIT, TOGAF, Six Sigma Green Belt, or EA/AI related.
• Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI, Cloud, IoT, Data Analytics, Digital Twin.
• Strong PM, presentation, financial analysis, and business case skills.

Responsibilities

• Technology scouting & roadmap execution for emerging trends and roadmaps.
• Use case assessment, cost-benefit analyses, ROI modeling for investments.
• Manage the enterprise innovation pipeline and pilot prioritization.
• Lead PoC design, testing, and handover to ITGO/EBSA at production readiness.
• Develop reference architectures; assess cybersecurity and risks.
• Pilot Smart Operations, digital twin, and industrial analytics initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, startups, and academia.
• Track KPIs and drive adoption across entities.
