Job summary

PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika is looking for a junior Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Associate to support hiring managers and the TA team in executing recruitment activities.

You will source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, CV databases, and other channels, conduct HR screening, prepare shortlists, and coordinate interview schedules while maintaining accurate ATS data.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with up to 1 year of recruitment-related experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or Business Administration.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or related HR function are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable communicating professionally with candidates and willing to conduct recruitment interviews.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring workflows.
• Able to manage multiple tasks while meeting timelines and service expectations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible in handling recruitment data and administration.
• Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition and the IT / technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment activities.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, CV databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial / HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, motivation, and alignment with job requirements.
• Prepare candidate shortlists and interview summaries for review by hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support recruitment SLA tracking, including candidate submission, response time, and interview coordination.
• Handle recruitment administrative and operational activities.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates to support a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in talent attraction initiatives, employer branding activities, and Talent Acquisition / HR projects.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and workflows.
