Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama in Manado is seeking an Engineering Analyst to examine customer maintenance strategies and identify potential product support solutions to enhance service delivery. Qualifications

Minimum S1 in Technical Engineering
GPA minimum 2.75

Responsibilities

Analyze and review current customer maintenance strategy to identify potential product support solutions.
Recommend customers to utilize CAT CM Apps and Technology (i.e., Product Link, CAT Inspect, SOS, CWMS) to improve customer adoption on CM system.
Analyze customer Condition Monitoring strategies and routines to identify potential improvements and increase CM personnel capabilities.
Coordinate with site management to solve daily maintenance issues during downtime.
Consolidate and validate customer MR data for CAT equipment and identify potential issues on performance metrics.
Coordinate EM related customers training requirements with Learning and Development and EM Compliance teams to improve customer capabilities and engagement.
