Job summary

PT Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue for our event and function offerings in Jakarta. You will identify and secure new clients, promote our corporate gatherings, private events, and catering packages, and work closely with operations to ensure flawless event execution.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of sales experience in F&B or hospitality, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a hunter mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and confident in client acquisition.
• Strong network is a plus.
• Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and attitude when meeting clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients (corporate, communities, event organizers).
• Promote and sell products/services for: Corporate gatherings, Private events, Catering/group bookings.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular sales visits and client meetings.
• Prepare proposals and pricing quotations.
• Coordinate with operations team for event execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain and report sales pipeline and activities.
