Job summary

PT. Surya Teknologi Batam is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator/Project Management professional to provide administrative support to Marketing Engineers and coordinate orders from inquiry to delivery.

You will liaise with customers, verify and process POs, manage pricing in systems, support project management activities, and maintain accurate reports. Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of MRP systems are preferred, with clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering preferred.
• Min. 2 years experience as Program Coordinator/ Project Management/ Planner/ Purchasing/ Buyer in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Able to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of MRP system will be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Marketing Engineers.
• Liaise closely with customers to ensure efficient processing of new orders, rescheduling of open orders, delivery schedule and RMA.
• Verify, acknowledge and process new Purchase Orders including pricing, lead time, product info, ship to and bill to addresses.
• Process SWO, Price Change, AVL, RFQ, Doc-in, RMA, e-Billing and e-PR promptly.
• Maintain accurate pricing for Finish Goods and components in the system.
• Provide shipment details to customers.
• Update monthly sales, OTD, Open Order Report, and Customer reports.
• Upload verified SWO into SentryFile portal.
• Support Project Management team in executing customer projects and managing functional requirements to deliver on time.
• Interface with functional departments on progress, update project plans, and address critical items impacting deliverables.
• Perform any other adhoc duties as required.
