Job summary

PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia is seeking a Support Sales/Program Manager to ensure excellent service to customers. You will handle day-to-day order processing, verify PO pricing against quotes, check MOQ and shipment terms, and track orders to confirm material availability and delivery schedules.

You will coordinate with planners and customers, prepare reports, and analyze negative margin products to propose solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing company.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM and sales tools to track metrics.

Responsibilities

Process day-to-day orders and verify PO pricing vs quotes, MOQs and shipment terms.
Track orders, confirm material availability, production capacity and delivery schedules.
Expedite urgent material and production requests to satisfy customer requirements.
Meet with planners and customers to update account status.
Prepare documents and reports for customers.
Analyze negative-margin products and report findings with proposed solutions.
