Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia's client seeks a WWTP Technician in Cikarang to inspect and service water treatment systems, collect samples, and monitor plant performance.

You will troubleshoot chemical handling, operate pumps and dosing equipment, and coordinate with sales/tech teams while traveling across Indonesia. Requires SMK or Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical Eng, 3 years' experience, good English, and a valid SIM A.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of customers' water treatment systems.
• Collect water samples and conduct water quality testing.
• Monitor the performance of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), and recommend operational improvements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to water treatment chemicals, equipment, and system operations.
• Prepare and submit accurate service reports after each site visit.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the proper use of water treatment chemicals and systems.
• Support product trials, system commissioning, and other field service activities.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to address customer needs and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and company policies at all times.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and responsive service.
• Other tasks assigned.

Our client is a Chemical (water treatment) company. Currently, they are looking for WWTP Technician.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of customers' water treatment systems.

Collect water samples and conduct water quality testing in accordance with standard procedures.

Monitor the performance of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), and recommend operational improvements.

Job Requirements:

Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of working experience as a technician in the industrial water treatment (WTP/WWTP) industry.

High conversational English proficiency.

Able to drive a car and hold SIM A.

Strong knowledge of industrial water treatment processes, chemical handling, pumps, dosing systems, and mechanical equipment.

Willing to travel frequently for business assignments across Indonesia.

Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
