Job summary

PT WOBN TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is seeking a seasoned Electrical Panel Engineer to lead the full design-to-installation lifecycle. You will oversee SLD creation, wiring, layout, production, assembly, testing, and commissioning on industrial projects.

You will coordinate with production, project and vendor teams to meet schedules, ensure IEC/SPLN/PUIL compliance, and deliver clear technical reports. English communication and team leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical panels or LV/MV panel work.
• Understanding of end-to-end electrical panel processes: design, production, testing, commissioning, and site installation.
• Experience on electrical projects (industrial/utility/ PLN).
• Familiarity with SPLN, IEC, and PUIL standards; able to read and create electrical drawings.
• Good communication in English; strong teamwork and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire electrical panel engineering process from design to field installation.
• Supervise design panels (SLD, wiring, layout), production & assembling, quality control & testing, and installation & commissioning.
• Conduct analysis and troubleshooting of electrical panel technical issues.
• Coordinate with production, project, and vendor teams to ensure projects run according to timeline.
• Participate in project tender processes (PLN/industrial): review technical specifications and provide bidding support.
• Ensure all work complies with IEC/SPLN/PUIL standards.
• Prepare and compile monthly project & engineering reports to management.
• Provide improvements and efficiency in design and production processes.
• Supervise and develop the engineering team.
