Zusammenfassung

Accesstech Engineering in Indonesia is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to supervise and coordinate on-site MEP installation works in line with engineering drawings and project specs. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors at Jakarta Selatan or Cikarang sites.

Applicants should have SMK-level education in Electrical or Mechanical fields and proven on-site supervision experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum education: SMK in Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field.
• Proven experience supervising MEP installation works on construction projects.
• Knowledge of electrical or mechanical installation methods, tools, materials, and site procedures.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation instructions.
• Experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors, or installation teams on-site.
• Ability to inspect installations, identify defects, and ensure corrective actions.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta Selatan or Cikarang; Data Center projects preferred.

• Coordinate with engineers, other MEP teams, subcontractors, and site personnel for smooth execution.
• Ensure installation activities comply with safety procedures and permits.
• Prepare daily progress reports and report status, issues, and delays to site management.
• Assist project engineer during inspections, checks, and quality control activities.
• Ensure all completed work is documented and ready for inspection and handover.

Supervise and coordinate daily electrical or mechanical MEP installation works on-site in accordance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.

Ensure that installation work carried out by technicians, subcontractors, and site workers follows the instructions and designs provided by the project engineers.

Monitor work progress and ensure installations are completed according to the project schedule and required quality standards.

Inspect completed installations to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.

Identify installation issues, defects, or discrepancies and coordinate with the project engineer and relevant teams to ensure corrective actions are taken.

Coordinate with project engineers, other MEP teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth execution of installation activities.

Ensure all installation activities comply with site safety procedures and applicable work permits.

Prepare daily work progress reports and report installation status, issues, and delays to the project engineer or site management.

Assist the project engineer during site inspections, installation checks, and quality control activities.

Ensure that all completed work is properly documented and ready for inspection and handover.

Requirements

Minimum education of SMK (Vocational High School) in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field. Candidates without a formal degree are welcome to apply if they have relevant site supervision experience.

Proven experience supervising MEP installation works on construction projects.

Practical knowledge of electrical or mechanical installation methods, tools, materials, and site work procedures.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation instructions.

Experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors, or installation teams on-site.

Ability to inspect completed installations, identify defects, and ensure corrective actions are carried out.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work on-site and be assigned to project locations in Jakarta Selatan or Cikarang.

Experience in Data Center construction projects is an advantage, but candidates with relevant MEP installation supervision experience in other construction projects are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Data Center construction or other large-scale commercial and industrial projects.

Familiarity with MEP installation quality control and inspection procedures.

Ability to coordinate multiple installation activities and monitor site progress.
