Job summary

You will analyze processing results, adjust operations as needed, and prepare monthly reports while coordinating across teams to sustain efficiency and profitability at the mill.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in palm oil mill operations or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed in mill/site locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules based on machine specifications.
• Prepare work programs aligned with maintenance plans, including estimating material usage.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure proper maintenance and repair execution.
• Monitor laboratory processing results to evaluate machine performance and perform adjustments.
• Prepare monthly operational reports based on daily and weekly activities.
• Maintain inventory records of machinery, equipment, and spare parts to support material planning.
